We understand that giving up your pet is a difficult decision. To submit a surrender request for your cat, please complete the application below in as much detail as possible.
While we give due consideration to all requests, submitting a request does not guarantee we can take your cat. We will attempt to respond within 2-3 days, however, we cannot guarantee a response to every request. In addition to submitting your request with Home at Last Rescue, we recommend that you also contact several rescues in your area.

Applications will not be processed until veterinary records are received. The veterinarian should email to info@homeatlastrescue.ca
Please note that a surrender fee will be charged, based on the care that the cat will require.
